HOJA began with a simple but stubborn dream: to bring the true taste of Taiwan’s street food to Canada without compromise.
After decades of learning, failing, restarting, and nearly giving up, we chose to return to our roots—the flavors that shaped our youth and our passion. By pouring every lesson and ounce of experience into authentic Taiwanese cuisine, HOJA was reborn with a craftsman’s spirit.
